The location of the hotel was marvellous, to the nearest airport. Overall it was nicely furnished and neat, with a private bathroom.

I chose Hyatt Regency for its convenient location near Vadakkunnathan Temple. The staff speaking English, Hindi, and Malayalam at the reception pleasantly surprised me. The coffee shop/cafe and dry cleaning/laundry services were also a plus. I especially enjoyed the gourmet restaurant Nougat, serving the finest teas.

The hotel's location was favourable, just next door to Hyatt, Thrissur, Shobha City shopping mall, and Kerala. Great base for 1 night with really helpful and extremely helpful staff who is amazing in terms of customer service. Nicely furnished rooms and down pillows. The only drawback of my stay was the lack of covered car parking facilities. It would have been great if someone could have wiped off the dust until I got the covered parking provision.

I recently stayed at a modern 5-star hotel close to the Zoo in Thrissur with my family, and it was an amazing experience. The highlight of our stay was the guided yoga session offered by the hotel. It was a great way for us to unwind and relax as a family. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the hotel provided top-notch amenities and a perfect combination of relaxation and adventure for our family.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a designated play area for children.
